I’m a Creative Director, Filmmaker, and Photographer with a passion for cooking, sourdough baking and craft beers!

 

10 years ago after moving to London and trying amazing sourdough pizzas, I was inspired to bake my own at home.

 

For three years, I used my home oven, but once I got my first outdoor pizza oven, everything changed. My love for pizza-making skyrocketed, and now I bake and shoot pizzas regularly in my JRV studio & kitchen. It’s a relaxing, fulfilling process, similar to the joy I get from skateboarding or snowboarding.

 

Throughout my career, I had time to perfect recipes, and now I share my sourdough journey, tips, and tricks through my blog and Instagram, focusing on quality ingredients and great food.
